Managing Partner & Executive Producer
Dylan O'Farrell
Dylan has spent three decades in the industry as a Club DJ, songwriter, and A&R professional. During the 2000s, he served as an A&R Assistant at Polydor Records under Ferdy Unger-Hamilton, working with acts like Portishead, Gabrielle, David Holmes and Lethal Bizzle. His experience extends to artist management supporting projects for Rollo Armstrong (Faithless) and Dido. A specialist in the electronic and dance scenes since the early 90s. Dylan is well connected in the technology space.
Creative Partner & Head of Production
D Neligan
D has spent over 25 years as a producer and composer, working at the intersection of music and technology since the early days of the digital era. He was a key figure in the move toward global streaming, leading the first digital catalog ingestions and opening doors for independent artists to access digital distribution.
After more than a decade in marketing technology, he returns to the studio as Creative Partner and Head of Production at SYZEMIK, combining long-term industry experience with a straightforward, results-driven approach.
